Teresa San Martín makes them daily in her workshops following the traditional recipe from Casa Teresa San Martín. It is a crunchy product with a delicious flavor. Ingredients: Wheat flour, water, raisins (25%), yeast, sugar, butter (pasteurized cream butter and colorant type E160a), salt, emulsifier E472e, antioxidant E300, and enzymes.
