They are made from fresh local ingredients and are naturally dried.
The eggs come from happy hens that spend the day outdoors and return to their coop with a "green roof" in the evening, where flowers grow.
We shell the spelt grains on the spot (they are in a hard, double husk – chaff) and grind them.

Ingredients: *fine spelt flour, *eggs

Preparation: Toss them into salted boiling water and stir. Let them simmer for about 15 minutes, or until the desired firmness.
Store in a dry and dark place.
