ORGANIC QUINOA BREAD MIX WITH SOURDOUGH - INGREDIENTS: Dehydrated organic sourdough, organic quinoa flour, organic millet flour, organic rice flour, organic psyllium husk, and salt. May contain traces of soy, milk, eggs, celery, nuts, peanuts, mustard seeds, and sesame. PREPARATION: For preparation, you need 250 g of sourdough bread mix and 450 ml of water. In a bowl, mix 250 g of the mix and 450 ml of water. Stir until the mixture is well combined with the water. The mass will become thicker after a few minutes. Shape 4 - 6 approximately equal-sized rolls and place them on a greased baking tray. Without letting it rise, place everything in a preheated fan oven at 200 degrees and bake for 45 - 48 minutes.
