Medica, made according to an ancient Slavic recipe, is one of the oldest drinks in the world, created through the fermentation process from selected varieties of honey and water, completely free of artificial additives. It combines the healing properties of honey with the intoxication of the finest dessert wines.
Enjoying slightly chilled medica (6 to 10 °C) will refresh and strengthen you. Serve it as an aperitif or dessert wine.
