Dilute it with water or sparkling water, add it to lemonade, tonic, cocktails, mocktails, or iced tea. In the kitchen, it pairs well with citrus, roasted fruits, ice cream, yogurt, cottage cheese, cheeses, and some meat marinades.
Since rosemary is aromatic, add the syrup gradually.
