Ingredients:
- Chicken thighs
- Salt, pepper, olive oil
- Tomato basil jam
Instructions:
1. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper and brush them with olive oil.
2. Bake them in the oven at 200 °C for about 30 minutes until they become crispy.
3. Then, spread a spoonful or two of Tomato Basil Jam on top of each thigh.
4. Return the chicken to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes to allow the jam to caramelize nicely.
The result is juicy, sweet-and-salty chicken meat. Add something spicy if desired.
