The delicate sweet-sour taste of aged balsamic vinegar Grand Berce is the result of careful cultivation and processing of the best grape berries from our estate, which we transform into premium balsamic vinegar using traditional methods. We age it for at least 6 years in wooden barrels to achieve a deep yet gentle aromatic flavor and appropriate density. The wine salt will enhance the dish with an unforgettable premium salty note. Due to the beautifully colored crystals of coarsely ground sea salt in a red wine hue, these crystals will also add the finishing touch to the plate decoration. The barrel-aged Cabernet Sauvignon will mysteriously round off the noble flavor with the scent and aroma of black currants, ripe plums, and cedar wood.
At your request, we can personalize the box with your logo or inscription on a wooden plaque if ordered in a timely manner (at least 10 days before the desired delivery).
