Intensity: very mild due to its short aging.

Characteristics: white cheese with a mild flavor and firm texture. Creamier than cured cheeses.

Ideal, being less fatty, for diets and similar (elderly people, etc.).

STORAGE AND CONSUMPTION:
Store between 10 and 12ºC
