New cheese from El Bosqueño inspired by traditional farmhouse cheeses made by the farmers of the Sierra de Grazalema. Made with pasteurized goat and sheep milk from the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park.

Intensity: very mild due to its short aging.

Characteristics: white cheese with a mild flavor on the palate and firm texture. Creamier taste.

Ideal, being less fatty, for diets and similar (elderly people, etc…)

This soft cheese is between fresh and semi-cured, a cheese that was traditionally made in the countryside and aged gradually.

STORAGE AND CONSUMPTION:

For better consumption, keep refrigerated at less than 12ºC
Ingredients: Pasteurized goat milk (min. 50%) and sheep milk (min. 50%), rennet, stabilizer: calcium chloride, lactic ferments, and salt.
