We also offer, in a more exclusive manner, the prestigious Blackmore Wagyu, one of the rarest in the world. This cut combines the generosity of the ribeye with the aromatic subtlety of Wagyu: a perfect balance of tenderness, juiciness, and mouthfeel. Each piece is precisely cut by our butchers in our workshop, then delivered while respecting the cold chain. Butcher's tip: prefer gentle cooking over medium heat. Avoid direct flames from the barbecue that could alter the delicacy of the intramuscular fat. After resting off the heat, let the meat express itself simply, without sauce, with a pinch of salt.
