Our boneless chicken roast with chanterelles comes from chickens raised in the Landes region. By working directly in a short supply chain in the South West, we can offer you poultry that is more flavorful and tender than industrial meat. This roast is a preparation filled with stuffing that has both fresh and earthy notes, which will brighten up your winter meals. Serve your roast with potatoes and fresh vegetables for a complete and comforting meal. Butcher's tip: Bake your chicken roast with chanterelles at 180 °C for 40 to 45 minutes per kilo. Baste it regularly during cooking, then let it rest for 10 minutes before carving: the meat will remain juicy and the chanterelles fully flavorful.
