The mountain spirit reimagined in a butcher's style! Maison Lascours offers you a complete kit to prepare 4 generous burgers, where the indulgence of raclette cheese meets the quality of French beef. Everything is designed for a friendly and tasty experience, with complete simplicity. The kit contains: 4 Organic Brioche Burger Buns – 300 g: soft, lightly golden, perfect for a melting and balanced burger. 1 Jar of Onion Confit – Jean d’Audignac – 110 g: the sweet touch that enhances the richness of the cheese and the power of the meat. 4 Small Lascours Beef Patties – 110 g each: 100% French meat, minced and shaped by our butchers for perfect tenderness and cooking. 8 Slices of Bacon – 100 g: smoked just enough to add a salty and crispy note. 8 Slices of Raclette Cheese – 160 g: melting and indulgent, they bring all the generosity of the mountain to your burger. A complete kit, ready to cook, for a gourmet dinner with family or friends. A comforting recipe signed by Maison Lascours, blending butchery know-how and the melting pleasure of raclette. Butcher's Tip: Cook the Small Lascours in a pan or on a griddle for about 2 minutes on each side, depending on your desired doneness. Lightly brown the bacon, then the burger buns on the inside for perfect crispiness. Place the slices of raclette on the still-hot patties to let them melt gently. Assemble your burger: bun, onion confit, bacon, patty, melting cheese… and close it up. Serve immediately, with homemade fries or a crunchy salad.
