The Authentic Superior Knack “Gold Medal” embodies the excellence of artisanal charcuterie. Made from rigorously selected pork and beef, it delights with its firm and tender texture, delicate flavor, and beech wood smoking that imparts subtle and recognizable aromas. Awarded for its quality and authenticity, this knack stands out for its perfect balance between refinement and indulgence. It is ideal for everyday meals as well as convivial moments: in sauerkraut, in homemade hot dogs, or simply poached and served with a touch of mustard. At Maison Lascours, we have chosen this knack for its unique taste and the rigor of its production, true to Alsatian tradition. An exceptional product that combines know-how, quality, and simple pleasure. Butcher's tip: To preserve all the flavor of your superior knack, avoid plunging it into boiling water. Prefer warm water (maximum 80 °C) and let it warm gently for 10 minutes. It will retain its texture and delicate smoked flavor. Pair it with steamed potatoes or homemade sauerkraut for a true moment of comfort.
