Soft goat blue cheese, less creamy compared to its older brother (Ol Sciür) and more aged. This gives it a more crumbly and compact texture, creating a striking contrast with the scent of linden honey. But it is an olfactory synesthesia! The rind is treated with linden mead and covered with linden flowers, suggesting a warm and sweet honey flavor through its aroma, which, however, is not present! In fact, on the palate, the flowers are slightly bitter, which further highlights the sweet olfactory aftertaste of honey, and it lingers even after the cheese has been swallowed!
