Enjoy summer grilling and surprise yourself with the unusual flavors of the delicacies from the Taste of Moravia. In the package, you will find Mišmáčka, which pairs excellently with grilled steaks. Additionally, there is wine jelly, which goes wonderfully with softer cream cheeses or Brie cheese. And thirdly, our favorite Slanináda, which is a must-have in any burger. To keep your grilling fun and maintain a good mood throughout, we have included a bottle of white wine Sylvan Green in the package. We recommend chilling it and sipping it throughout :)
Slanináda - a unique bacon delicacy that combines the taste of roasted smoked bacon, onions, garlic, and spices with a touch of nut paste. Its pronounced sweet-salty flavor with a slightly spicy finish is perfect for warm toasts, mini burgers, or roasted vegetables and cheeses.
Mišmáčka - a Moravian variation of BBQ sauce made from the fruits of the old fruit variety medlar. It has a full, sweet-sour taste and is ideal as a dip for everything from the grill, pulled meat, or cheeses.
Wine Jelly - a delicate jelly made by gelling red wine from the Kounice Frankovka. It has a smooth consistency and an authentic fruity-wine flavor that shines on creamy cheeses like Brie, liver pâté, or in desserts.
