Boxwood is one of the most durable woods and is ideal for making kitchen utensils. Its texture and firmness prevent oil from penetrating the wood, preventing staining, and it is also easy to wash. Many chefs praise the virtues of boxwood utensils.

Boxwood

It is a small, highly branched tree that rarely reaches 12 meters; we can almost speak of it as a shrub. It is native to Europe, although it is also found in North Africa. Besides its wood, the boxwood tree is used in gardening for ornamental purposes.
