Our great-grandfather originally worked in fruit growing and had tall apple trees, while our grandfather switched to livestock farming, which my father also took over until 2003, when he gave up livestock farming and planted the first hectare of walnut trees. The following year, he planted another 2 hectares, and so on. The younger generation is also continuing with the planting.
We farm sustainably on our farm because we want to leave our descendants a farm that is as unspoiled as possible, just as we took over from our predecessors
Walnuts predominate on our farm, planted on a good 16 hectares, with slightly fewer hazelnuts.
We also grow strawberries and pumpkins. We carefully tend to all our crops, harvest and dry them in our own drying facility, and sell them as primary products. Some of our crops are processed into value-added products. These are mainly roasted pumpkin seeds, chocolate-coated pumpkin seeds, and pumpkin oil, which we process ourselves in registered facilities;
