Birch Leaf 30 g, Betulae folium

ACTION AND APPLICATION: Used for the therapy of rinsing the urinary tract in cases of bacterial inflammation of the bladder and kidney stones. PREPARATION: Pour 1 full tablespoon (2 g) of crushed dried birch leaves with about 150 ml (1 cup) of boiling water. Let it steep covered for 10-15 minutes and then strain. Drink as needed, multiple times a day, one cup. It is recommended not to exceed the daily amount of 3-4 g of dried birch leaves.
