Hemp oil is extremely rich in unsaturated fatty acids, containing almost 90%. Gamma-linolenic acid contributes to the normal function of skin and heart preservation.
Additionally, it contains vitamin D, whose primary role is to maintain homeostasis and constant concentrations of calcium and phosphate. Vitamin D enhances their absorption from the digestive tract.

Usage:
GRANA hemp oil is completely safe and very rarely causes allergies for most people.
Hemp oil has a low smoke point, so it should not be heated as it would lose its nutritional and medicinal properties. Therefore, it is added to dishes.
Adults: 1 teaspoon daily either with a meal or after a meal.
Children can take 2 or 3 drops with a meal or with a drink.
For constipation, 1 teaspoon daily.
Storage conditions: store in a cool and dark place.
