Unrefined Salt with Wild Marjoram

Recipe: Baked Potatoes with Salt and Wild Marjoram

Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes (approximately 800 g, locally grown)
- 30 ml olive oil from Butul Homestead
- 10 g Sea salt from Sečovlje salt pans with wild marjoram
- Freshly ground black pepper from Sri Lanka

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. Wash the potatoes and slice them thinly.
3. Place the potatoes on a baking tray, brush them with olive oil, and evenly sprinkle with salt and wild marjoram.
4. Sprinkle freshly ground black pepper on top.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are crispy and golden yellow.
6. Once the potatoes are baked, transfer them to a plate and serve as a side dish to the main meal or as a standalone dish.
