Dunaj PREMIUM 2021 MAGNUM 1.5 L
Winemaker's Diary:
We hand-picked healthy and ripe grapes from the Dunaj variety. The maceration on the skins took place in 3 different vinifiers. After pressing and completing malolactic fermentation, we transferred the wine to age in 300-liter barrique barrels with varying degrees of toasting, where it rested for 18 months. The wine was then kept unified in a stainless steel container until bottling. We filled it into bottles without prior filtration, preserving a relatively high extract of intense color, rich aroma, and robust taste of maturity that transferred from barrel aging to the wine, with a strong emphasis on maintaining the varietal structure of the wine.
Wine Service:
at a temperature of 14 - 16 °C in "Bordeaux" type red wine glasses with a volume of 550 – 650 ml
Food Recommendation:
Confit pork neck with roasted onion and pepper compote, served with mashed potatoes, complemented with butter and arugula.
