Aged wine vinegar is made using the traditional method with aging in wooden barrels. We have added fresh garlic, which enhances the perception of acidity, allowing you to use less vinegar when preparing salads, while also avoiding peeling garlic and unpleasant bits in the salad.
The vinegar does not contain garlic pieces, as it is strained before bottling.

Grand Balsamic Vinegar 0.5l
Aromatic balsamic vinegar is made from local grapes using the traditional “classico” method. It matures and thickens for at least 6 years in wooden barrels. Therefore, it has a full, characteristic sweet-and-sour taste and a distinctive dark burgundy to brown color.
