Preparation
BASIC PREPARATION (for approx. 16 falafels): Mix the contents of the package into 250 ml of hot water and let it swell for 15 minutes. Stir the mixture well, then shape falafel balls with wet hands and a spoon. Fry them in a large amount of hot oil on both sides until they turn golden brown.
Falafels can be rolled in sesame before frying, or chopped onion, coriander, or chili pepper can be added.
