This Orloff pork roast is handcrafted, featuring a pork roast filled with slices of Emmental cheese and bacon. This preparation gives it an amazing taste and texture for a pork roast. The Orloff pork roast is made from pork loin sourced from Tarnais pigs. We work with local breeders from A.P.O (Alliance Porci d'Oc), a partner of the Roussaly Lacaune cutting workshop. The Orloff pork loin roast, like all others, is barded and tied directly by our butchers. Butcher's tip: It will be perfect when roasted in the oven for 40 to 50 minutes, accompanied by garlic cloves and seasonal vegetables, a true delight that will please both adults and children.
