Sunshine Extra Homemade Jam
Sunshine extra homemade jam is an innovation from the Berce Estate. Its uniqueness lies in the addition of carrots, which rounds out the flavor of juicy Vipava peaches, while the addition of orange and lemon juice gives it a pleasantly fresh taste. With a pleasant yellow-orange color and a refreshing, energetic flavor, it will prepare you for a new day and fill you with sunny energy.
Aged Wine Vinegar 0.5l
Aged wine vinegar, made using the classic method of aging in wooden barrels. During aging, it acquires a darker burgundy color, and the taste of the characteristic red wine vinegar becomes richer, fuller, and balanced in its acidity.

Aged wine vinegar is made using the classic method of aging in wooden barrels. During aging, it acquires a darker burgundy color, and the taste of the characteristic red wine vinegar becomes richer, fuller, and balanced in its acidity. We have added fresh garlic, which enhances the perception of acidity, so you can use less vinegar for salad preparation, while avoiding peeling garlic and unpleasant bits in the salad. The vinegar does not contain garlic pieces; it is strained before bottling.

The grapes are harvested from late September to the first days of October.
Process: Short maceration (6 days). Care in stainless steel containers and used oak barrels.
Color: Scarlet to ruby.
Aroma and scent: reminiscent of cherry, blackberry, and aronia.
Taste: In taste, we perceive fullness, softness, and pleasant tannins.
FREE Malvasia
The grapes are harvested in September.
Process: After a short 6-hour maceration, gently pressed and fermented at low temperatures. Aged for half a year on the lees in stainless steel containers.
Color: Straw yellow with greenish hues.
Aroma and scent: reminiscent of acacia flowers, citrus, exotic fruits, and white pepper.
Taste: fresh, medium-bodied with a long aftertaste.
