Tajna Brandy VSOP has matured for 6 years in wooden barrels. At first glance, it delights with a beautiful amber color. The delicate balanced aroma reminiscent of cherry wood, cherry pits, and raisins is complemented by a harmonious taste, where we find sweet notes of ripe fruit as well as hints of caramel, dark chocolate, and hazelnuts. A long finish reminiscent of smoke underscores the complex expression of our brandy.
Our Brandy was also used by chef Pali Sekerka at a fine dining event in our winery to prepare ice cream called Baba au Brandy, honey.
