Apricot brandy is a clear distillate with a sweet aroma of apricots and a delicate fruity taste. The tradition of distilling in Vizovice dates back to the 16th century when apricot brandy was produced alongside the famous plum brandy. RUDOLF JELÍNEK continues the long-standing traditions and modern technologies that guarantee the highest quality of the distillate.
The production includes triple distillation from matured apricot mash. This process is completed with at least one year of aging
