Apricot, bubbles, and moments for yourself
Ripe apricot brings a full fruity aroma, soft sweetness, and a refreshing finish. The fermentation adds a subtle depth to the flavor, and apple cider vinegar enhances the refreshing finish.
The concentrate allows you to prepare an elegant drink in no time and adjust its intensity to your own taste.
How to use it
- Mix 1 part of the concentrate with 8 parts of well-chilled sparkling water,
- for a more festive version, use prosecco or non-alcoholic sparkling wine,
- serve with ice and fresh fruit,
- you can use a small amount to flavor mixed drinks and homemade lemonades.
Ingredients: apricot ferment 80% (apricots, water, apple cider vinegar, sugar), sugar 20%.
Content: 520 ml
Fruit content: Approximately 84 g of apricots were used for 100 g of finished syrup.
Recommended dilution: 1 : 8
Storage: Store at room temperature and avoid exposure to sunlight. After opening, keep in the refrigerator and consume within 7 days.
