To live up to the name of the package, we literally stuffed it with the best treats from our portfolio. The regionally awarded Svatojánské ořechy and Slanináda are complemented by excellent late harvest Rulandské šedé from winemaker Jiří Uherka and further with popular Garlic Sticks and the excellent Škvarkoláda.
We hope you enjoy it at home :)
Slanináda - a unique bacon delicacy that combines the taste of roasted smoked bacon, onion, garlic, and spices with a touch of nut paste. Its pronounced sweet-salty flavor with a slightly spicy finish is perfect for warm toasts, mini burgers, or with roasted vegetables and cheeses.
Škvarkoláda - a spread made from smoked cracklings with baked apples, black garlic, and dried plums in wine. It has a layered flavor from smoky cracklings to sweet and sour fruity notes, and it’s perfect just spread on toasted baguette or complemented with pickled vegetables.
Chutney from Green Apricots - a surprising taste of unripe green apricots, enhanced by several types of spices and quality ingredients, finished with a sweet touch in the form of dried raisins. This is a brief description of the flavor of this chutney.
Svatojánské ořechy - unripe green walnuts soaked in sweet syrup with Christmas spices. Sliced thinly, they beautifully garnish and flavor cheeses, meat pâtés, or desserts.
