Cherries from Líšen - pitted juicy cherries in a strong sweet and sour brine with garlic and fragrant spices. Their unique, fruity-spicy flavor perfectly complements both fresh and grilled cheeses, game pâtés, and dark meats.
Garlic Sticks - crispy shoots of garlic marinated in a sweet and sour, mildly spicy brine. They have a crunchy texture and a subtle garlic flavor, making them a great addition to cold cuts, tartares, salads, and roasted meats.
Smoked Mustard with Bacon - coarse-grained smoked mustard with roasted pieces of quality bacon. It stands out with a full balanced flavor with subtle smoky notes and is suitable for cold cuts, meat sandwiches, and as a base for salad dressings.
Baked Beef Pâté - a hearty coarse-grained pâté made from matured Aberdeen Angus beef, pork belly, and a splash of red wine. It has a distinctly meaty, spicy flavor and tastes best on a crispy toasted baguette topped with a slice of walnut or wine jelly.
Crackling Spread - a spread made from smoked cracklings with baked apples, black garlic, and dried plums in wine. It has a layered flavor from smoky cracklings to sweet and sour fruity notes, and it can simply be spread on toasted baguette or complemented with pickled vegetables.
Drunken Apricots - delicate apricot jelly refined with a drop of apricot brandy and a pinch of salt. It has a sweet and sour fruity flavor that pairs wonderfully with aging cheeses, pâtés, and sweet tapas bites.
