4 cl R. JELÍNEK Raspberry Spirit
2 cl MONIN raspberry puree
15–20 cl hot water
1/8 lemon

An absolutely exceptional range of distillates, which are unique or completely rare on the market, offers a total of 14 specialties. The spirits are produced only in limited quantities, making their tasting a unique experience. Among them, you will find spirits made from forest fruits, sea buckthorn, beer, as well as specialties like red rowan or quince. All are made from original Czech ingredients. The distillates are produced through multi-stage distillation, while the spirits are produced through the distillation of the macerate. In this case, the fruit is first macerated in food-grade alcohol or distillate obtained from the same fruit.
