Vizovice Plum Brandy R. JELÍNEK

The climate of the Wallachian region has favored plums and their cultivation for centuries. Therefore, we in 2003 continued the fruit-growing tradition and started planting our own plum orchards on the southern slope of the Vizovice valley, in an area called Těchlov. After five years, we harvested the first crop of Vizovice plums and began a new tradition – the production of a limited series of Vizovice Plum Brandy R. JELÍNEK.

We always harvest plums by individual varieties and we must distill them in the same way. After at least a year and a half of aging, we select one distillate together with the members of the Friends of Jelínek's Plum Brandy Association, which we bottle as the anniversary, limited Vizovice Plum Brandy R. JELÍNEK.

In ordereleventh single-variety plum brandy from our own orchard, Vizovice Plum Brandy 2019 Čačanská Lepotica, was produced in a limited series5,019 bottlesof 0.7 liters each, each of which ismarked with a serial number.
