Limited Edition Plum Brandy from Rum Barrel
Vizovice Plum Brandy R. JELÍNEK from the Stanley variety is made from plums grown in the vicinity of Vizovice. The distillate first matured in a stainless steel tank and then for 9 months in an American white oak barrel that previously held Plantation rum from Barbados. The result is a smooth to jam-like plum brandy with delicate notes of vanilla and rum. Bottling took place in a limited series of only 385 bottles
