Absinthe - the drink of bohemians and lovers of life
The taste is gently bitter and slightly herbal-citrusy. The name of this absinthe already indicates the author's intention to create a product somewhat different from classic Czech absinthes. Herbs characteristic of southern Moravia provide a very pronounced pleasant aroma and taste while maintaining the basic golden trio of herbs: wormwood, anise, and fennel in both the distilled and macerated parts of the product.
The aroma of Absinthe de Moravie is herbal with a predominant scent of distilled wormwood and mint. The decorative fruits of anise and fennel at the bottom of the bottle are macerated for several months before being added to the final product, so they do not alter the flavor character of the product.
