Each delicacy in this package has received a significant award. Bacon spread, pickled green walnuts, quince paste, and walnut oil have all been awarded regional food of the South Moravian Region. Additionally, walnut oil became the best nut oil in the world at the Great Taste Awards in 2024. The beef pâté received the Great Taste Awards 2026.
Quince Paste - a traditional horseradish delicacy made with strong beef broth and apple cider, softened with fragrant quinces. Its sharp, fruity-horseradish flavor is an indispensable complement to traditional pig slaughters, cold cuts, and other meat preparations.
Crackling Spread - a spread made from smoked cracklings with roasted apples, black garlic, and dried plums in wine. With layered flavors from smoky cracklings to sweet and sour fruity notes, it is perfect simply spread on toasted baguette or paired with pickled vegetables.
Walnut Oil - mechanically pressed oil from Moravian walnut kernels. After being extracted using a gravitational method, the oil is filtered and bottled. Thus, you receive not only a product of unique taste but also quality. Its delicate nutty flavor is destined for gastronomy.
Pickled Green Walnuts - unripe green walnuts pickled in sweet syrup with Christmas spices. Sliced thinly, they beautifully garnish and flavor cheeses, meat pâtés, or desserts.
Bacon Spread - a unique bacon delicacy that combines the taste of roasted smoked bacon, onions, garlic, and spices with a touch of nut paste. Its pronounced sweet-salty flavor with a slightly spicy finish is perfect for warm toasts, mini burgers, or with roasted vegetables and cheeses.
Beef Pâté - a hearty coarse pâté made from matured beef from Aberdeen Angus breed, pork belly, and a splash of red wine. It has a distinctly meaty, spiced flavor and is best enjoyed on a crispy toasted baguette topped with a slice of pickled walnut or wine jelly.
