Edition JL10 and the film Vyšehrad
Vyšehrad DVJE is a continuation of the successful Czech film comedy from 2022 directed by Martin Koppa and Jakub Štáfek. Štáfek is also a co-author of the script (with Tomáš Vávra) and the main protagonist. Vyšehrad DVJE follows the comedic series and film about the life of footballer Lavi, who, against all odds, gets a chance to play abroad, but soon loses it again. Instead of England and its renowned pitches, he faces the village FK Smrkov.
Vyšehrad DVJE dominated box office attendance upon its release – in just the first weekend, it was seen by 228,000 viewers. From August 15, 2025, the film is also available on the Netflix platform, where it immediately became the most successful Czech film.
The JL10 edition is tied to the film icon - footballer Julia Lavi Lavický. It is aimed at both fans of the film and Lavi, as well as the broader (non)football community that enjoys humor.
