The brandies are produced only in limited quantities, making their tasting a unique experience. Among them, you will find brandies made from forest fruits, sea buckthorn, beer, as well as such specialties as red rowan or quince. All are made from original Czech ingredients. The distillates are produced through multi-stage distillation, while the brandies are made by continuous distillation of the macerate. In this case, the fruit is first macerated in food-grade alcohol or distillate obtained from the same fruit.
