Pear BrandyWilliams is a clear fruit distillate with a very pronounced fruity aroma and a smooth taste. It is one of the most popular distillates in Europe, and its popularity is also rising in the Czech Republic.
The pears for the varietal Williams Pear Brandy R. JELÍNEK are grown in our own orchard in South American Chile, in the Quillón region. We also ferment and distill them in our own distillery. The finished pear distillate is transported to Vizovice, where it undergoes further processing and bottling.
The orchard edition is newly expanded with pear brandy aged in oak barrels previously used for whisky.
