El Bosque Blood Sausage
Blood sausage made from liver by Chacinas El Bosque. Producers of sausages and cured meats from the Sierra de Cádiz. This product has received various awards at food fairs. It is their flagship product.
Approximate weight of the piece: 250-350 grams
Keep refrigerated, open the package five minutes before tasting. Store in refrigeration at a temperature equal to or below 8ºC.
Vacuum packed product.
Ingredients: Pork liver and bacon, salt, spice mix (paprika, pepper, garlic). Stuffed in natural casing.
