After 24 months of aging, the ham develops a tender texture and a balanced taste, with slightly nutty aromas. Sliced by knife, the petals offer a fine and irregular cut that respects the meat's fibers and enhances every bite. Presented in a 70 g tray, they are ready to be enjoyed as an appetizer, on a charcuterie board, or as an accompaniment to simple dishes to fully express their character.
