Ingredients: rice flour, whole grain rice flour, tapioca starch, baking powder (raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, acidifying agent: potassium tartrate, corn starch, sea salt).

WAFFLE PREPARATION (5-6 pieces): Preheat the waffle maker. Measure out 200ml of milk. Briefly beat 2 eggs in a bowl (or egg substitute*). Add the contents of the package, 75g of softened butter, 80g of sugar, and half the amount of milk, and mix well. Add the remaining milk and stir until a smooth batter is obtained. Grease the waffle maker. Place 2-3 tablespoons of batter in the center of the mold and bake. Remove the waffles from the mold and place them on a rack to cool.
