The Reblochon fermier AOP is an iconic cheese from Savoie, made exclusively on the farm with raw and whole milk from a single herd. Its artisanal production is carried out twice a day just after milking. This uncooked pressed cheese with a washed rind is distinguished by its soft and melting texture, as well as its subtle aromas of hazelnut and undergrowth.
