Workshop - Preparation of Vegan Dishes from Local and Seasonal Ingredients

Slovenian Istria has always been known for its Mediterranean climate, which allows us to gather fresh garden and wild plants throughout the year.
Snow and frost rarely touch us; while they do reduce our yield, what we produce is therefore even more valuable. The Mediterranean way of eating and living, which UNESCO has protected as intangible cultural heritage, is one of the best in the world. Statistically, our part of Slovenia has the lowest rate of cardiovascular diseases. Olive oil plays the most important role here, as do the crops, herbs, and wild herbs. Since around the year 2000, we have been striving to pass on our knowledge and experience at our homestead. We are a didactic farm and prepare thematic workshops both at home
and abroad. This year's series of workshops will focus on several different topics. The workshops are conducted in Slovenian, English, or Italian. The workshop will take place if at least 5 people are registered. If no specific location is mentioned,
the workshops will be held at Domačija Butul, Manžan 10d, 6000 Koper.
At the workshops, you will receive:

-recipes and knowledge for home creation
A spot in the workshop is reserved upon receipt of a deposit. The number of spots is limited, so hurry. After registering at info@butul.net, you will receive
