Workshop - Set of Six Thematic Workshops

Slovenian Istria has always been known for its Mediterranean climate, which allows us to gather fresh garden and wild plants throughout the year.
Snow and frost rarely touch us; it is true that they reduce our yield, but what we produce is therefore much more valuable. The Mediterranean way of eating and living, which UNESCO has protected as intangible cultural heritage, is one of the best in the world. Statistically, in our part of Slovenia, the level of cardiovascular diseases is the lowest. Olive oil plays the most important role here, as do the crops, herbs, and wild herbs. Since around the year 2000, we have been striving to pass on our knowledge and experience at our homestead. We are a didactic farm and prepare thematic workshops both at home
and abroad. This year's series of workshops will focus on several different topics. The workshops are conducted in Slovenian, English, or Italian. A workshop will be held if at least 5 people are registered. If no specific location is mentioned,
the workshops will take place at Domačija Butul, Manžan 10d, 6000 Koper.
At the workshops, you will receive:
-all raw materials
-packaging
-snacks
-herbal drinks
-recipes and knowledge for home creation
We reserve a spot in the workshop upon receipt of a deposit. The number of places is limited, so hurry. After registering at info@butul.net, you will receive
