Blue cheese made from raw goat's milk, vegetable rennet, inspired by the Danish tradition of Danablu, but characterized by an elastic texture, similar to a caciotta. The prominent blue veining makes it flavorful and pungent, but the vegetable rennet balances the taste, making it less spicy than it seems! Minimum guaranteed weight 300 gr
