Now you can taste the new cheese from El Bosqueño in a new format. We cut the cheese into tacos and vacuum pack it so you just have to open and enjoy. A new way to experience the unique flavor of goat cheese cured in Oloroso sauce.

Coating: olive oil and oloroso sauce.

Allergens: This product contains milk and sulfites.

Store in a cool, dry place.

Ingredients: pasteurized goat milk, rennet and calcium chloride, salt, lactic ferments, oloroso wine (contains sulfites), caramel, grape juice, sherry vinegar, and thickener: xanthan gum.
