Semi-cooked cheese inspired by Fontal padano, made from goat's milk. The aging of about 3 months softens the paste, giving it hints of warm milk and mature hay. The refinement is carried out in a (edible) rind with a mixture of chamomile, mint, and rose petals, which contribute to enhancing the floral aromatic component of the cheese.
