QUALITY
Sourdough, our secret. Sourdough combined with long fermentation is the only thing that can guarantee us the flavor of the bread from our grandparents' oven.
Our natural ferments receive special care, as we produce all our breads from them. We constantly monitor the acidity and temperature of the sourdough that is regenerated daily, giving our breads a quality that is hard to match with a very characteristic flavor. We achieve from it a bread exquisite in smell and taste that also has a much longer shelf life than if we used artificial yeasts.

We specialize in the production of dry or dehydrated breads. Jesús López, master baker, dedicates a significant number of hours to R&D in this field. From that hard work arise countless innovative and unique products that set trends and are highly valued by the most recognized chefs and brands nationally and internationally.
