Spicy dehydrated first-grade chili peppers
The first-grade spicy dehydrated chili peppers from La Rioja are first-grade chili peppers that have undergone a drying process, losing their natural moisture.
The drying method is 100% natural using the sun.
As a result, the flavor of the chili pepper is intensified.
Usage
Most gardening enthusiasts love to grow chili peppers, and for good reason. Not only do they have a delicious flavor, but they are also packed with nutrients, vitamins, and minerals. Additionally, growing chili peppers is relatively easy compared to other crops, and most varieties yield good harvests; one or two plants usually produce more than enough fruit for an entire family before they spoil (hence why it's a good idea to dry some!).
To use them, you can soak them in water for a while to rehydrate them, but in the case of chili peppers, it's not worth it. We remove the seeds, cut them into strips, and add them to the dish we are preparing.
Benefits of chili peppers
1. They help with weight loss. The spiciness of chili peppers is beneficial for the stomach. Capsaicin, the component that causes the heat, increases body temperature. This makes the body require more energy and, therefore, burn calories. In other words, if we include it in our diet, it can help us lose weight.
2. They are a source of Vitamins A, E, C, as well as iron.
3. They prevent ulcers. Contrary to popular belief, chili peppers are not harmful to the stomach; rather, they help prevent ulcers. Why? Because they help eliminate the bacteria that cause ulcers and because they are anti-fermentative. However, this is only true if consumed in appropriate amounts.
4. They have anti-inflammatory properties.
5. They help prevent arteriosclerosis and cardiovascular diseases.
