The cheese in oil is a traditional recipe to better preserve the properties of the cheese and enhance its strong and intense aroma and flavor. We have added a touch of aromatic spices such as oregano, thyme, rosemary, and paprika. It is one of our gourmet specialties.
The cheese has a maturation of over 18 months.

Jars of 350 grams.
Store in a cool, dry place.
Ingredients: pasteurized goat's milk, rennet and calcium chloride, salt, lactic ferments, olive oil, and aromatic spices (oregano, thyme, rosemary, and spicy paprika).
